We launched! Our very first passage was from Port Canaveral to Ft. Pierce, FL. It was a beautiful day and we had a wonderfully uneventful sail down the coast. We were able to get the sea sickness under control and Sam finally got her cream soda Dr. Pepper!

However, the evening took a turn for the worse. The Ft. Pierce channel and anchorage will live in infamy to our sailing documentary. However, we are definitely stronger because of the events that took place.

So grateful to friends and God for protecting us. Everything happens for a reason, we are trying to remember that.
